To factory reset the device, press the 1st and 4th buttons simultaneously and select "yes" for FACTORY MODE. This resets the system password to 1234. If the device beeps 5 times repeatedly, it indicates WiFi connection issues or server problems. You can avoid these connectivity beeps by using Bluetooth only and not connecting to WiFi networks.
