How much water does the tank hold and how long does it run?

The tank holds 300ml of water. On a full tank it runs for up to 12 hours, depending on the mist setting used. Do not fill above the maximum line marked inside the tank, as overfilling can cause the unit to malfunction.

Can I use it as a room humidifier without essential oils?

Yes. The device works as a cool mist humidifier on its own, without any oil added. Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the water only when you want the aromatherapy effect alongside the humidifying function.

Does it come with a remote control or app?

No. Controls are located on the unit itself, including buttons for light colour, mist and Bluetooth pairing. There is no companion app for this model.

How do I connect it to Bluetooth?

Switch on the Bluetooth function and search for the device on your phone or tablet. Once paired you can stream music, podcasts or audiobooks straight through the built-in speaker while the diffuser runs.

What size room will this cover?

It covers a floor area of up to 30 square metres, making it suitable for a standard bedroom, home office or living room. For larger open-plan spaces you may need more than one unit.

What happens if the diffuser tips over?

If it falls, switch off the device completely before setting it upright again. This avoids any risk of water reaching the internal electrical components.

What is included in the box?

The package includes 1 essential oil diffuser, 1 power adapter and 1 instruction manual. It runs on corded electric power, so no batteries are required.

Does the light have to stay on if I only want the mist function?

No. The mist and light modes work independently of each other. You can run the mist alone, the light alone, or combine both together depending on preference.
